We have also decided to adopt a policy of no hacking sites as well. While the legality and usefullness of these sites is questionable and we understand some serve a real purpose, we have had too many complaints of sites that offer certain downloads. Sometimes these tools and programs are specifc to certain Web services, and we get cease and desist orders from those companies. We can not take the time to distinguish between which sites are offering what, and where to draw the line.

You will find most redirection services have the same rules. Even if they don't, understand you may still risk loosing an established web address should they receive complaints or change their policies.
